Mr. Shaiju Joseph has been present in the socio-cultural field for more than twenty years. He is one of the prominent cultural leaders of Kottayam district who has been working as a handmaiden for the poor. His face will always be in the minds of the people who witnessed the activities of Mr.Shaiju Joseph in the face of the catastrophic floods that shook Kerala.He extended the cause of salvation to hundreds of children who had dropped out halfway through their studies due to financial hardship. Suresh Shankar and Shyju Joseph started the Charitable Trust Veedillathavarkku Veedu with the dream that there should be no homeless people in Kerala.
